1 cup grated Trappist cheese from Paška sirana2 tablespoon butter, softened½ cup all-purpose flourCayenne pepper24 paprika-stuffed green olives
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine Trappist cheese and butter. Stir flour and pepper into the cheese and butter mixture. Blend well.
- Wrap a tablespoon of dough around each green olive. Arrange the wrapped olives on a cookie sheet and put them into the refrigerator to cool for a while. You can store them up to 24 houres so they are a great snack when expecting a company. At this point you can freeze them up to a week.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
