Bruschette with cheese Dalmatinac & mini tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 person:

20 mini tomatoes12 black olives16 slices of corn bread ciabatta200 g of cheese DALMATINAC1 clove of garlic1 spoon of capersFew leaves of fresh basilExtra vergine olive oilSalt& peper

 

Cheese Dalmatinac cut on little cubes and that cut put in dish. Cut mini tomato on slices and put it in dish together with cheese and add capers. Than cut clove of garlic and black olives in little segments. Stir all together and put some spices and olive oil. Then put some leaves of fresh basil and mix it all together.

Corn bread „ciabatta“ cut on slices and put on heated grill pan and fry it untill bread will get the color. When slices of bread are fried, put the sauce on them and decorate it with basil leaves.
