We are the first cheese factory on the island of Pag and our biggest star is Paški sir cheese, whose traditional recipe has been kept for 70 years!
All of our cheeses age together on the same wooden shelves, infused with odours and tastes of the island of Pag, and are the crown of Croatian gastronomy.
